I am afraid that CARRY OVER your PD will need both I140s get approved, ask china-ren if this is or not,

I do not think INTERFILE ( or relink, transfer,) I485 between two I140s need both I140s approved, try to use relink, interfile, I485 as key words to search in this forum and in google too, you will find a lot of information and similar cases,

I tried to find any CIS formal or official memo concerning the interfiling I485 but I failed, I am afraid there is internal memo, just we cannot get it, so the only way is to trust your lawyer,
