How do you know if the NC is cleared or when it started?

our case info: Eb1b 07/2005, I140 approved 01/2006,1st FP 08/2005,2nd FP 05/2007. our case has moved to TSC in march from VSC. It takes too much time to get the GC and are losing our patience.Does anyone have the same situation?thanks for sharing!
