各位朋友, Xiaobaitu,

Who can give a detailed precess for consular processing?

My PD is current now, I have td 485 here before Oct 05. My hu*****and is in China now, if he want to go consular processing, how should we do now, should he come here to start the process, or just he starts in China? I read some articles, however, still not understand well,
