The priority date of my wife and I become current today. Our 140 approved already. My wife is EB3 and I am Eb2. Should we file seperately based on each's labor certificate? The other option is two application based on
one labor certificate. I think every one can only file one 485 application. If he files two, one will be cancelled.
Am I right?
