I-765 EAD card and I-131 Advance Parole then I will need a total of 6 photos)
2. a medical exam (please take with you all of your immunization records. otherwise you may need to get your shots again).
3. your marriage certificate (if not in English it will need to be translated)
4. copies of any H-1B approval notices (i have your copies but for your hu*****and i will need copies of his
H-1 or H-4 approval notices to show the USCIS that he's been in lawful status)
5. copies of passports and visas.
and application fees are as follows (per person)
I-485: $325
I-765: $180
I-131: $170
fingerprint fee: $75
one of the forms that will need to be ted is the
G-325 Biographic Data. I have attached the form to this email. Please print out another copy for your hu*****and to fill out. The form is fillable so you can edit it on your computer.
it should take me around 3-4 days to prepare everything for both you and your hu*****and. i won't need another letter from your employer since it was already sent with your I-140. please let me know if you have any questions.
