How to fill I-765 after using AP, Thansk!

Dear Xiaobaotu:
I used AP last Agust.Right now I go to renew my EAD.My questions are in I-765 form; Q1, Manner of Last Entry (Visitor, Student, etc.)????
(and),Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)????
