USCIS requests the work authorization for the summer work during

Appreciated if any body has a aimilar request from USCIS and share with me.

I have been requested to provide the work authorization document for a summer job in an University I worked several year ago when I was in F-1 status. Any obe has a similar experiment and share what document I should give to USCIS.
