The best way to find a lawyer for WOM (if you are preparing wom) is go to pacer to find one who does a lot of litigation. Negotiate a good price, like filing fee first (which is very low, like 1k), and charge more only if litigation is needed (most of the time it is not, but trend is not so good as before now).
