no, I filed 140 & 485 together

Thanks for your reply! To your question, no--I have not sent yet, but I filed 140 and 485 together and I suppose the INS officer should know it. One more detail of my case, the online status of my I-140 is still pending although I have got my approval letter via postal mail. I asked my lawyer to clarify this with INS, but he told me it is unnecessary. What do you think? Thanks so much, 假博士, you are so kind and helpful.
