小白兔及各位高人，請指教 - WOM

葛朗台本人filed law suit against INS and FBI to save a buck or two. (stuck in name check for N-400 filing，interview was on 4/17/06, and was told the only thing missing is the name check approval). Followed are the facts, 敬請指教：

2/6/07 Complaint filed

4/27/07 Last day to meet and confer re: initial disclosure, early settlement, ADR process selection and discovery plan or file joint ADR certification with stipulation to ADR process or notice of need for ADR phone conference. b>(DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION BESIDES SERVED ALL THE DEFENDANTS.)

5/11/07 Will be the last day to complete initial disclosure or state objection in Rule 26(f) report, file casre management statement and ile/serve rule 26(f) report.

5/18/07 case management conference in Oakland.

4/30/07 received answer from attorneys for defendants stating that the court should dismiss the complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

4/25/07 received a letter from US Dept of Homeland Securities SF office requesting additional info to prove marital status from 4/26/06 to present (interview date was 4/17/06) and asked to do another finger print since the first one expired.

葛朗台想知道， 4/25/07 移民局的信是不是因為訴訟， 才重新審理移民案件(on the letter, there is an officer name, also hand writing "amended request" and "mandamus"；還是隻是因為指模過期了。

葛朗台尋問了陳丹虹事務所， 要收費$2500 接過訴訟。 心疼！！

請問各位高人，如何處理。 急！！
