140 NIW RFW for help

I filed I-140NIW to NSC in Dec.2002. I got a RFE last week. they asked a lot of tough questions.most importantly, they want evindence that how the national intereste would be adversely addected if a labor certification were required. I am a researcher in medical field. how to answer this kind of questions?and it also ask to specify whether I intends to adjust status within the US. it seems so obvious to us, and they mention it in a major manor. what should i say?you help will be greatly appreciated!!
