RN I-485 refused before got visascreen

Hi, my wife is a RN. Her I-485 was refused due to no Visascreen certificate showed up when INS require it. She got the Visascreen cerficate 50 days after the I-485 deny. How should we do to continue the greencard pursuing? a new I-485 application or an appeal of decision but it is over the 30 day limit? Can she apply TN again ( she was TN holder before apply Greencard)? Any good news for the Schedule-A?
