I485，為何批準時間不同？

you did noticed the results. each case is different from the begine to the end. the time takes for the case is very different. a normal case should be done within the BCIS' normal time. past the normal time is a sign of certain process did not completed in time. some times, it is nothing to do with you, but still your case will suffer from the delay. example is your name is similar to some person's name who had bad record in the computer system, they need time to prove it is not you but some one else. most time the delay is related to your case. such as the strenth, compexity... of your case or incompleted filing. finally, if you work in "sensitvie" field or pick out for back ground check, your case will be much slower than other cases.

slower case definite is not a good sign for the processing. but most cases still will be aproved. the bad thing is that most denied cases are also slow cases.
