He is very unprofessional, and very idiot about a lot of things. He just read law books and with no experience. He always says it is OK for LC (special hanling) if no printed ad. since the law does not say "printed". But the reality is "No printed ad., no LC". you probably never get response for your enquries once he got your payment.
