I had some issue in 2004 in Buffulo office. my wife missed her first appointment; When I went to the office and asked the officer whether they could reschedule an appointment for my wife. The officer told me she could went to there for FP anytime, no appoiment need because of missing first one. Same with Dallas fp service center; but in San jose, they required appointment.
