Some of my credentials.

1. A manager position that reports directly to my director and the Provost. Supervise 7 people. So I am in an adminstrative position right now.

2. One Ph.D. and two masters from a top ten US university.

3. Have been doing great on my research. 15 journal articles. Most of them in top journals and single author, a textbook, etc.

4. Adjunct faculty with a college and a graduate faculty member (to sit in graduate students' committee).

That's why my lawyer suggested EB-1A and EB-1B at the same time.
