A question about changing job after filing 485 for 180 days

A quick question:

If the company sponsors for EB1-b, at the current schedule, I-140 and I-485 can be filed at the same time. Is it ok to change the job after filng 485 for 180 days while carrying the Eb1-b petition? Even if I-140 is not approved?
