how to reply RFE about TB skin test?

Just got RFE for TB skin test. In the previous medical examination, the doctor said it was not necessary to do it since I was TB positive before and had BCG vaccination history, I did X-ray though and it was normal. Now what should I do? Only need redo the TB skin test or X-ray should be done again as well? X-ray was done only 3 months ago. Any advice would be appreciated!
