Does this mean the NC has been Cleared?

today I check my 485 application status and found this:

Review of the fingerprints taken relating to this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS has been completed.

Does this mean it has been cleared? Thanks.
