Hi, Xiao Baitu,

my wife has applied Advanced parol on 27 March, but she has to travel to China on May 3rd. Our I-485 following EB1a was filed on 26 September, 2005 and she was as my dependent, 2005. The processing of advanced parole normally needs a couple of months. That means she can not get her advance parol before her travel. Right now, she holds H-4. Since last year, she began to use her EAD for her job. We got some questions here:
1) Can she apply for entry visa to USA when she stays in China? what kind of visa can she apply, H-4 or others?
2)Before her advance parol is proved, can she leave UAS for forgein travel? And If I mail the proved document to her, will she get in trouble to entry USA?

3) Does she have other options for this serious situation?
