I-130和I-485要同時寄到Chicago還是Laguna Niguel?

我在ＬＡ，申請父母在美調整身份，請問I-130和I-485要同時寄到Chicago還是Laguna Niguel USCIS California Service Center

If the form I-130 petition is being filed concurrently with form I-485, both forms at the local USCIS office having jurisdiction over the place where the form I-485 applicant resides.
