剛收到我的 I-102( FOR 遺失的 Last Entry F1, I-94 白CARD) 批準通知。但是the CLASS is B1, which I never had before. In my I-102 application package, all documents including my I-20, last entry I-94 copy, F1 visa approval etc are sent to USCIS.

I called 800 number listed on wrong-approval notice. I was told that I need to fax a cover letter and some documents to support my correction request. Then call back in 30 days after fax.

Is this normal? What kind of documents I need to fax to them such as
Cover letter
Last Entry I-94 card copy (I lost orginal one)
F1 Visa approval at Embassy
current legel status approval etc?
