Xiaobaitu, After using AP......

I presently hold a H-1B status, and my employment-based I-485 application remains pending due to the backlog in visa availability. From this forum, it seems that after using AP I will still be able to continue working for my authorized H-1B employer. However, I wonder if I will be allowed for a H-1B transfer inside the US once I find a new job afterwards. Or do I have to leave the States to file a new H-1B through consular processing.
