1. Why employers prefer to file H-1B transfer instead of concurrent H-1B?

2. Can I my I-485 with my old employer while asking my new employer to file concurrent H-1B instead of H-1B transfer and continue work some time for the old employer?

3. Can I change my mind and not take the new job after the new employer filed the transfer of my H-1B?


6. Do you think China EB2 can advance to the end of 2005 in several months? It is worth waiting?
