回複：How did you know your LC is EB3?

I remembered my lawyer told me it was EB-3 when he filed the Labor certificate. But now, he told me it has been certified as EB-2 since I have a Master degree. Also, when he files the I-140, he will attach only the certified Labor certificate but not the originally application which categoried as EB-3. So USCIS will not know I was applied under EB-3. Do you think he is right?
