今天收到FBI關於我的NAMECHECK的回信。請教小白兔。一點體會。

A review of the FBI's National Name Check Program database revealed that your request was recieved from USCIS on April 27, 2005. This submission was processed and finalized on March 23, 2007. The results weere forwarded to the USCIS Headquarters, Washington DC.

1. 為什麽說是我的request？

2. 能否解讀name check is clear?

3. 為什麽要把結果送給USCIS總部？而不送給TSC?

一點體會：

由於我的CASE他們的確搞亂了，可能勞拉辦公室轉信件比較及時（2月份給勞拉寫信）；
Name check可能牽扯到原所在國，信裏麵有句話---The NNCP conducts a search to identify any information contained in FBI records that maybe associated with an individual and provides the information to another goverment entity.

不知道為什麽要提供information 給（TO）another goverment entity？
