previous question regarding time sequence of NC and reviewing case. Now I have another question, if officers reviewed my 485 case but the case was transferred, do you think the new officer will review it again? Why someone gets RFE but I haven't got anything, I have done twice FP and waited almost 2 years. Does that indicate officers haven't reviewed my case?
