Will the F1 visa holders take the benefits of being charged resident tuition fee as H4 visa holders usually do if they stay in USA for a certain period of time?
Can the F1 visa holders get tax refund jointly with their H1 visa-holder spouses (if applicable) for their tuition fee? For example, their spouses are H1B visa holders.
