485 pending in NE , what does it mean ?

hi my 485 was transfered to NE in the end of Feb, updated today but no content change, what does it mean ? anyone in the same boat ? i also got 2nd finger print notice a few days ago but my PD isn"t current ? can someone help me out here . Thanks .
