485 RFE, please help, any suggestion is appreciated!

first one is fine, I can handle it. But second one is very unexpected. I am a postdoc in a university. 140/485 ted on 09/05. 140 approved with RFe as well. anyway, now RFE for 485, any suggestion?

1. Please documentary which establishes that you continue to be in the occupation that is the basis of your national interest waiver. Such evidence may include, but not limited to: a currently dated letter from your employer; copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; copies of recent awards, grants or fellowships; or other such documentation confirming that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying Form I-140 immigration visa petition.

2. a currently dated letter or other evidence from your intended permanent employer that indicates your current position, if any, your proffered position, the date you began employment and the proffered salary or wage. The letter must indicate whether the terms and conditions of the employment-based immigration visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist.
