a lot of employers require degree evaluated no matter how famous your college is, they just want to know your foreign degree is equal to American degree, they do not know "中美之間是相互承認學曆".
my college requires degree evaluation for H1 (I'm not graduated from Beida and Qinghua), and my lawyer asked it too for green card.
