Different center varies. TSC is around 14-20 days.
from some websites(www.shustman.com,www.immigration.com,www.hooyou.com), you can find it. it is called I-539 to change nonimmigrant classification to L or H.
NSC(Aug.14),TSC(Sep.18),CSC(Aug.8),VSC(don't know.they mixed all in one category-Sep.13)
