我是EB１－A，最近收到USCIS的RFE。我該怎麽回複？

(i) Please explain how the beneficiery's accompalishments are different from their peers as it relates to the above criteria. Please explain further how this rises to the level of extraordinary ability.

(ii) Please explain beveficiery' original scientific contributions, while the research is considered important it does not rise to the level of extraordinary or could be considered a significant impact in the field.

The beneficiary is not unique or different from their peers who do similar work. Explain how does the beneficiary separate herself from their peers who do similar work.

另外還想請問

（１） 專利申請在EB１－A中是很重要嗎？

（２） 需要將TITLE POST－DOC 換成RESEARCH ASSISTANT PROF， OR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE？

（３） 需要出具是REGULAR REVIEWER的信嗎？

（４） 我提交了１０份推薦信（１中國，１加拿大，３美國教授，２美國公司），我還需要遞什麽樣的信？

（５） 我老板還能給我幫什麽忙？
