DOS doesn't have a link for every country in the world

You have to make inquiry to the US consulate where you will take interview.
If you is filing I-140,just choose" consular processing ' on I-140 form, don't need to do anything.
If you have filed I-485,you should file an I-824 to transfer your case to US consulate
