the reason more and more case get MTD is

Since end of last year, uscis changed their policy for expedite the NC process. Before, if u have a wom, uscis automaticly put u on expedite request and sent to FBI. After your case on the expedite list, your nc will be done very soon.that's the reason you didn't see too much wom case lost last year. But change happened this year, things is getting more and more difficult. and i wondering if more and more cases get blocked in NC process, the congress should do something on it. after all, this is a democratic land
