帶父母去Bahamas Cruise

Dear Xiaobaitu, Radiology and other experts:

I plan to take my parents who are holding B visa (valid through end of 2007) to Bahama Cruise. Will we have any problem coming back to US?

My hu*****and and I are on H1 visa and my daughter on H4 visa. The I-94 on the I-797 (approval of our H visa) will expire next year. But the I-94 cards on our passport are already expired.

My green card application status: I-140 approved, I-485 pending. We have not applied for advance parole.

Any suggestion or comment will be highly appreciated.
