請教各位: 關於填I-765表申請EAD的問題!

I am filing EAD (I-765) form for myself. My I-140 has been approved and I-485 is pending. For the item 11 “Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS”. I applied for it for my OPT when I graduated. I am not sure if this count? If I filled “Yes”, the immigration officer might think I have already applied EAD based on my I-485, this should be the renew application. If I filled “No”, but I had one for OPT.

What shall I fill? Thanks a lot in advance.
