Ask Xiaobaitu a question on Labor Certificate

My company filed my GC back on Oct 2003, but just recently received the notification for the job ad. It's EB3 and in Finance area, I was told that the attorney will run a blind ad to limit appicants. Do you know if this is a good way to do it? Is my Prirority Day Oct 2003? How long will it take for labor to be approved nowadays?
