Name Check is still pending

Hi Xiaobaitu and experts,

Sued CIS and FBI by WOM last Dec, case is still pending after one extension. I called CIS about the case status last month and got a mail yesterday that my NC is still pending, too sad. Doubt AUSA is really working on it. What should I do now?
