Your letter date Nov 28, 2006, directed to Mrs. George W. Bush concerning the name check status fo you and your wife for immigrations purposes, was forwarded to the Department of Justice and subsequentlty referred to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for reply.
A review of the FBI's name check program database concering MrXXX(my wife name) revealed that her request was received from the United States Citizenshio and Immgration Services on August 9, 2004, and was processed and finalized on the same day

your request was also received from teh USCIS on August 9, 2004, and is currently in process. The FBI processes millions of name check requests each year with each requiring thoughtful consideration. We know how important this informations is to you. However, the FBI must alos balance the need for national security in preparing the response to each of these requests. The FBI's homeland and security mission requires that our name check process be primily focused on an accurate and thorough result. While an exact date for completion of this review cannot be given, you may be assured that results will be made available to teh immigration authorities as quickly as possible.

My case info:

I intend to file WOM BEFORE I received this letter. Did anyone receive similar letter ? Do they will indeed do something or just routine letter ? Should I wait for sometime (say 30 days?) before I file WOM ?

thanks
