Plz help, parents visa

My hubby is F1 with scholarship and I transferred to F1 from F2. I am working on OPT (full time job) but haven't apply H1 yet. Both of us can invite my parents to attend graduation ceremonies in May. My questions are:

1. Because my status changed, can only my hu*****and invite them? What will be the best way for us?

2. Do I need to provide my information, such as copies of my I-94, OPT, I-20...?

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
