J1 Waiver Recommendation Form 上的原問題時，

" Is there any period of time in the U.S. that is NOT covered by your form DS-2019/formerly IAP-66?"

Yes/No

在什麽情況下，我應該填yes.

J1 program 結束以後，我還曾經用B1/B2, 還有F1 簽證來過美國
我用不用把其他在美國呆過的時間都寫上呀？(除了J1之外的時間）
