It is not true for FBI Name check

I had been in US for almost 10 years without any illegal problem, even without single traffic ticket,
I paid my income Tax every year and began to pay income tax as US resident 6 year ago
I bought house 5 years ago and almost paid–off my house mortgage.
However, I was still stuck in FBI name check.
