Help for Emergency: 485 tranferred from VSC to TSC, where to fil

My 485 case was transfer fro VSC to TSC.

Recently I looked through the latest I-765 (Rev. 02/08/2007). It say:
"If your response to question 16 is (c)(9), file your applicationat the same local USCIS office or Service Center where youted your adjustment of status application."

I feel that I still need file EAD at VSC. But I am not sure.
Who has similar experince? Please help!
