urgent! xiaobaitu和熱心人about about H1B to F1, once 140 has fil

i saw a former post that it seems once you have filed 140, there will be problem to change to F1? IT IS RIGHT?

2) if i changed to F1, and my hu*****and file 485 for me,
is there any effect to my F1 status, i am still F1 OR Adjusted status?
