申請N-470的問題請教

請教各位一下: 在申請批準N-470(Application to Preserve Residence for Naturalization Purpose) 的資格要求中有一項:"in most cases you must have been physically present and residing in the United States for an uninterrupted period, without any absences whatsoever, for at least one year after your admission as a lawful permanent resident before you can file a Form N-470".

請教一下:這裏所指的"physically present and residing in the United States for an uninterrupted period, without any absences whatsoever, for at least one year after your admission as a lawful permanent resident"　是指拿到綠卡後第一年不離開美國否則就不能申請批準N-470，　還是指隻要在有綠卡期間任何一段時間
內連續居住了一年以上((比如拿到綠卡後第一年曾短暫訪問中國,但第二年和第三年一直沒有離開美國因此連續在美國居住了一年以上)就可以滿足此項申請N-470豁免的資格要求？

從字麵上看, 我覺得這是指綠卡期間要連續居住了一年以上,而不是特別要求是在拿到綠卡後的第一年內不離開美國否則就不能申請批準N-470.請教各位的意見?
