請較xiaobaitu,兩分錢等熱心人about amending the PD on I-140

EB3 I-140 with the PD of 2005 (PERM) just approved .
EB2 I-140 (Labor Certificate PD 2001) pending. If the EB2 I-140 is denied, can I amend the EB3 I-140 PD by using the EB2 labor Certificate because the PD is much earlier?
