My lawyer made some mistake, he did not amend the pending LC after the old company merged to the new company. After the LC is approved, he told me that he can show all the evidence proving this is a legal merge in the 140 stage. Now see all the mess he caused for me.......

Filing PERM using the new company is an option I am considering now, this means I will get a new PD, hopefully I can get PERM LC and 140 approved, then I have to wait for the PD to become current. If I lose the fight for the current 140 case in Federal Court next year, this means I have to leave US, as I do not have any legal status here anymore.
