Was charged for "Child-Abuse" but case dismissed

We filed 485s based on employment. I was charged for Child-Abuse after filing 485 but the case was dismissed. Do I have
to write some explanation to the CIS to explain the case? Or I can
wait till the interview and prepare the related documents for it?
