請問白兔, 結婚綠卡485 request for Intital Evidence

2月寄出得485,今天收到CIS的request for intital evidence.

要我先生的 a copy or IRS-issued tran of his federal income tax return for the most recent tax year.

我們隨485提交了我先生2003,04,05年的表, 2006的他還沒有,
這裏說的the most recent tax year 是不是指他應該提交2006年的?
